Changed your mind about something you’ve ordered from ?

          We offer returns within 14 calendar days from the date you received the goods. To initiate a return, simply follow the steps outlined below:

          1. Product Eligibility: Ensure that the item is in new condition, in its original packaging, and with all labels and tags attached. For hygiene reasons, underwear cannot be returned, even if it's in its original packaging.

          2. Contact Customer Service: Reach out to our customer service to request a refund. Upon approval, you will receive a return slip via email.

          3. Packaging: Print the return slip and include it in your parcel. Make sure the product is in perfect condition for resale – intact, clean, and with the original packaging.

          4. Return Process: Ship the parcel back to us using a reliable postal service. Keep in mind that any returns not meeting the specified conditions may not qualify for a refund.

          5. Confirmation Email: Once we receive your return and verify its eligibility, you will receive a confirmation email.

          Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase (bank card or PayPal). Please note that any damaged, dirty, or altered products may not be eligible for a refund. In such cases, the item will be retained at our warehouse for collection by appointment.
